By placing a request with Selecterie, you agree to the following.

Service
Selecterie operates as a bespoke luxury sourcing and personal shopping service, using established international relationships to locate pieces that are sold out, waitlisted, limited-edition, or otherwise difficult to access, and to shop the world's finest boutiques on our clients' behalf.

Pricing
We charge a commission on each piece — a percentage or a fixed fee, from €150 minimum. Due to the bespoke nature of the service, pricing reflects current market availability, rarity, and sourcing logistics. You receive one clear, all-inclusive price, agreed before you commit, with no hidden costs.

Payment
Full payment is required to secure your item. Payment is made securely by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Once you confirm your purchase, please complete payment promptly, as the piece is only reserved once payment is confirmed. We understand international transfers can take time; a confirmation of transfer is required to keep an item on hold. For high-value acquisitions, funds are released to the supplier only once authentication has cleared. No items are shipped until payment has fully cleared.

All sales are final
As each piece is acquired individually for you, all sales are strictly final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or fails authentication, we will refund you in full, or re-source the piece where possible.

Authenticity
All pieces are procured directly from boutiques or through our trusted network of suppliers and verified contacts. Every item is carefully vetted for authenticity and quality; high-value pieces are authenticated by independent specialists prior to dispatch.

Shipping & delivery
We arrange secure, insured delivery worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the item's origin, courier services, and customs processing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Customs & duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Liability
Selecterie is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services or customs processing. Every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Confidentiality
Every enquiry, preference, and transaction is handled with complete discretion. Your details are shared only with the partners necessary to fulfil your order, and never beyond.
